We do not accept returns of fresh cut flowers. However we can review claims with unacceptable quality within 2 hours of receipt of your purchased items with receipt or proof of purchase. If more time passed since your flowers were delivered or picked up, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled for exchange or refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We only exchange your fresh cut or artificial flower arrangement if they were returned to us and accepted as poor quality upon examination. Any exchanges should be claimed within 2 hr of pick up or receipt of flowers by either client or client agent. No product will be subject of the exchange or refund if it was altered or modified in any way by others. We reserve right to correct any defects or damages first, otherwise we are not responsible for the quality of the product. You should contact us immediately if items is considered to be defective to arrange for delivery to our facility.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Wedding flowers which quality is disputed after 2 hr from pick up/delivery time
Any arrangements that are subject to exchange can be returned to the flower studio or could be picked up from your location. To arrange for pick up or time of drop off please call 403-836-5230. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
